Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for the accounting records, receipt, input, and preparation of team agreements; web site updates; and administrative support.

  • Maintain correspondence and support Sozo Sports activities
  • Prepare Sozo Board communications and update Boardpaq
  • Prepare vendor and team rental documents, keep insurance records
  • Maintain financial records in Quickbooks, prepare checks for signature, and make deposits
  • Update Liveplan as needed for Sozo business plan changes
  • Update website monthly with donations and news
  • Receive and process donations to Sozo
  • Maintain donor database
  • Look for opportunities to support Sozo programs and activities
