Outside Sales

Exciting non-profit industry supporting sports and healthy kids in our community.  Excellent income potential for motivated individual.

Outside Sales-  base + commission.

-Self-starter able to create leads and new business for our Sports Complex.

-Sales will include fence and building banners, collateral material including parking books & passes, event sponsorships and more.

- Expectations are 75% field work and 25% administrative.

-Follow through on production of all advertising sold from inception to completion.

-Monthly sales/progress reports for management.

-Sales and marketing experience required.

SCHEDULER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This position reports directly to the General Manager.  Fun, busy, busy job for a motivated, self-starter who enjoys youth sports.   Duties include but not limited to:

Scheduler-

-Responsible for scheduling all practices, games, events and field maintenance on Sports Facility Software. This includes making sure that fields are prepped and ready for use, coordinating with Field Manager and Maintenance Department on all aspects of readiness.  Reports for Accounting Dept on hours and charges for field usage and events. Strong computer skills required and excel proficiency a must.

-Maintain a daily record of teams on fields and # of “recreational” use on fields for annual reports to the board.  These records will be kept as a hard copy as well as a user-friendly report via excel that can be updated. Requires a self-starter and strong organizational skills.

Administrative Assistant-

-Responsible for supporting and organizing day to day tasks and long-term systems for General Manager and Sozo board and fellow staff members.  Communication and computer skills required.

-Oversee timecards and tracking hours for maintenance staff and tournament/event workers.  This includes set up and maintenance of a timecard system to assist Accounting in proper payroll hours.

-Maintain tracking of purchase orders, work orders and inventory of supplies and what is needed for office.

-Assist with billing and monthly reports through Sports Facility Software.

-Data input for Virtuous donor software, Greater Giving event software, Quick books and Sports Facility Software.

-Maintain Work Scholarship Data and schedule appointments for General Manager to approve applicants. Organize system and keep up to date files.
